When I first started out I quickly realised that building a business requires very different skills to those I had learnt through my industry qualifications. Growing a business requires strategic thinking, planning, resilience and knowledge, and it's easy to become overwhelmed and unsure of how to work on your business when you’re busy working in it.
So that’s precisely where I come in. As a wellness business coach and mentor my role is to reduce the overwhelm and support you to thrive - to reach your goals, to attract new clients and to achieve sustainable success in a way that feels good.
